Once upon a time there was a little boy who was born with a genetic kidney disease.  He grew up normal and healthy until one day he went into renal (kidney) failure.  He had a series of surgeries to remove both kidneys and his spleen. 

Then he realized the need for tissue and organ donors.  So believe it or not he became the first person in the world to do a triathlon with no kidneys and no spleen just to get in the newspaper.  Then he received a kidney transplant and is living happily ever after.
